Introduction

Account Registration & Use

• Every individual One Account Only you may open. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Access must not be shared with any third party.
• Det999 may request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Personal information provided at registration will be subject to our Privacy Policy will remain protected accordingly.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

• Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
• Det999 may request a national ID card or passport for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until your identity has been verified.
• Det999 is not obligated to provide services to users accessing from restricted regions or countries.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• To withdraw a bonus, specific Wagering Requirement must be met, as specified on each offer's page.
• Bonus claims from the same IP address, device, or household are not permitted across multiple accounts.
• Transferring bonus balance to another account is strictly prohibited.
• Det999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• Any unusual betting patterns detected with the intent to exploit bonuses will result in the bonus being voided.
• A separate maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings earned through free spins.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will resume from the last saved state recorded in the det999 system.
• If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.
• All Games Certified RNG (Random Number Generator) using technology — ensuring results are completely fair and immutable.
• Maximum winnings per bet may be capped; full details will be stated on each game's page.
• Separate rules apply to progressive jackpots, and additional verification may be required for large wins.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent use of the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools on the gaming software.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

• Det999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations will not be refunded.
• The verified balance of a voluntarily closed account will be returned within 7 business days.
• While a self-exclusion is active under Responsible Gaming, the option to reactivate the account will be temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

• Det999 is not liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an unexpected technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• Det999 is not liable for any loss resulting from your login credentials being accessed by a third party.
• Any financial losses arising from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.
